The range of FAMA Industries 5KG (available in two versions: counter top one and the one with basement),10KG and 18KG Mussels washer, are extremely useful in all kitchens to reduce hours of manual working. They have a modern electronic display with a switch digital multifunction timer, transparent lid to control the work in progress, and protection microswitches. The most interesting innovation consists in the abrasive walls and the plate that can be removed, cleaned and replaced in a short time even by the operator. Furthermore, the machine gives also the opportunity to discharge the peels in two different ways: down on the floor or on the side of the machine. The drawer with the filter is included. The machines are entirely made of stainless steel for a better cleaning and they are in line with EU rules.
