Baskets rest on perforated top which incorporates channel for drainage. 2 indipendent tanks 45+45 litres, capacity GN 1/1. Water cock for filling and emptying. Special heating tungsten elements angular external tank. Power regulation by means of a 3-position selector with indicator light to show when functioning. Safety system with pressure switch and alarm light indicator. Control panel which can be quickly removed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet. Baskets not included.
